Hogan & Hartson merging with UK law firm Lovells

Hogan & Hartson’s proposed merger with London-based law firm Lovells, approved by both firms on Tuesday, will be “tremendous” for Denver, said Cole Finegan, managing partner of the law firm’s Denver and Boulder offices.
